I had already bought a couple of items from Gallery Tosei on-line and when we went to Japan in 2011, I arranged to visit the gallery and meet Shizuko Kohara, who ran the gallery. We had a pleasant afternoon and I bought this and the following Aoki Ryota sakazuki as well as a Yuuri Hakkin-sai chawan made by Furukawa Takuro.
